What a stroke of luck! I thought I|d never find another Bogon Leather and Bakelite accordion bag, but here it is! This one is Navy! The Belt-style snap latch opens to show an expanded interior, comprised of three compartments. The top one is lined in navy satin and carries the Bogon fabric label on the gold-corded open pocket. The middle compartment is lined in red satin and its gold-corded pocket is fitted to hold lipstick. The third section is identical to the first, but lined in gold satin. The linings are generally in excellent condition, though the gold section shows some abrasion to the sheen of the satin. Structurally flawless condition! There are some scratches on the leather and some spots on the finish of the 18 metal buttons the hold the complex structure together (see detail.) It|s a collector|s treasure! Measures 10 x 3 3/4 x 4 3/4 inches.
