Helena Rubenstein Sterling silver lipstick holder with polka dot pattern. Textured ridge of the lid is inserted into the base and turned to raise the lipstick. Case marked "Sterling, des. pat. pend.," dating the item before 1954. Two pin point sized depressions in the lid, otherwise excellent condition.
