An OUTSTANDING Maxim clear Lucite box bag, embellished with an intricately beaded clear acetate covering! The design is rendered in tiny white and oyster colored glass beads. The "U" shaped handle is formed of a 1/2" diameter rod of clear Lucite which fits into sturdy silver metal hardware. A partial acetate label on the interior reads " Saks Fifth Avenue by Maxim." This gorgeous bag has a single, almost imperceptible flaw - a 1/4" hairline at the front corner of the latch (see detail.) There are perhaps a dozen or so missing beads, but you really have to search! Measures 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 3 5/8"."
