Delicate and high style, this bakelite (tested+) oval Rialto has an elegance quite unlike any other, especially its meticulously carved glowing light amber lid. The proportions are petite looking but functionally spacious, measuring 10 x 3 1/4 x 3 1/2". Graceful thin double hinged handles. Illustrated on pg. 39 top of Dooner., but much prettier in person! Very slight darkening of the presto lock hardware, otherwise flawless."
